Get all endings ✅ at first I thought it would take me 10+ tries to escape her 😂 this was pretty dope!! Had to reupload I made a mistake 😔 😂

How long was the development phase for this game?

The super bare-bones prototype was done as an assignment for one of my classes in about a week or so. I started fleshing out and working on this idea after New Years' day and finalized/released it on January 25th. So I'd like to say this took around 3 weeks. Thanks for asking ☺️

Oh, that's great. Since it took you just 3 weeks for developing this game, you must be very experienced with UNITY I assume!

I've been using it a lot in school, so I guess I am! Still a lot of room to grow n learn!

(+1)

Oh, I see. Do you study game development? If yes, how does it feel?

I do! It's a really good field of study, even tho you can learn quite a bit about game development online, I think the perspectives and experiences from my professors and classmates make it even more worth it.

I played your game and it definitely got me towards the end. I scare easily but the game is perfect.

Thanks so much for sharing your playthrough, I'm glad you think so! ☺️

(+1)

You’re welcome. It’s not often I play through a game that scares me like that. Great work.

(+1)

That was... a little too close for comfort. You're lucky that at least the anime girl is not bad looking, just a little crazy. Imagine if she looks like... say... a horse then you have a completely different feel of the game LOL

(+1)

LOL I totally get your point 🤣 thanks for sharing your playthrough!

(+1)

Amazing game got all endings and got me scared in one of the ending's

(+1)

I'm glad you played through the whole thing, thanks! ☺️

(+1)

Thanks for replying to my comment I probably play more of your games.

Lovely games

Thanks for sharing your playthrough ☺️

I was blown away by how effective this game is. The premise is pretty straightforward, but it’s so much more than trying to get home. The mix of gameplay and story details makes Kaerimashou terrifying and charming at the same time. Miyu in particular, despite having a bit of an attachment issue, is both terrifying and likable. I’d love to see this idea expanded upon, with more endings and story scenes. Not that the provided endings aren’t enough — they chilled me to the bone — but I love the idea of trying to change my fate through hidden paths. Either way, Kaerimashou is excellent!

(+1)

Love the detail in this review, thanks so much for taking the time to write it and for sharing your playthrough! I may revisit the story sometime. Glad you were able to play the game ☺️

(+1)

Loved the story, it had my attention the whole time. I didn't know there was multiple endings when I was recording( my b) but there was a little part that actually spooked me, looking forward to your other games thx for this short adventure.

That's totally fine, I'm glad you played the game anyway! Thanks for sharing your playthrough ☺️

I looks cool, so cool, but i've pressed every button and i cant get past "On a quiet, after school evening..."

Just found the next button, sorry lol

Bro I Started Crying When I Saw Her Hiding.

Omg I hope you didn't actually! But I'm also glad Miyu is scary 🤣

(+2)

Oh, thank you for caring for me!  I have a question though, are you going to make a continuation for the game?

(1 edit) (+1)
If You Want To Know Why I Want To See A 2nd Part Of The Game It's Because I Want To Know If You Have To Hide From Miyu Because She Can Break In.
(+1)

A continuation or expansion would be a neat idea! I'm currently working on a new game idea right now, but if I have the time I might revisit this story!

(+1)

Wow, that's good to hear!

Hey Me Again

I Have A Great Game Idea!

You Should Make A Game About Sweet Home The K-drama.

I watched that one, and I'm currently reading the manhwa it's based off of! That would be a super cool horror game, I'll consider it once I'm free again. I'm currently working on a slightly bigger game project than Kaerimashou. Thank you for the idea!

this was a fun game the she caught you ending made me smile

(+2)

Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed that ending! 🤣

Super creepy game. I enjoyed playing this game. The story was good although short and creepy. Never go down a dark alley "alone" lol. I did a play-through of this game that I will link below if you are interested in seeing my reaction.

Thanks so much for the feedback and for sharing your playthrough, I really appreciate it! ☺️

1st ending: 'You caught her!'

I thought I died tbh

2nd: 'She caught you.'

oh... oh no....

3rd: 'You made it home'

after 17 tries... yesss!

*miyu fades into the window*

ah sh*t, here we go again

Love this comment, thanks for playing and getting all endings! 🤣

Thanks so much for the playthrough! ☺️

Loads 9/10th of the way and just stops, so I can't run it. Seems to be a Unity 2020 thing with WebGL games. Game looks cool though!

(+1)

Hey there, it's a shame the WebGL didn't run for you. I released a PC and Mac build downloadable here if you'd still like to play the game! Thanks for letting me know! ✌️

(+1)

Wonderful! Thank you!

(+1)

I didn't expect to find a hidden gem around here... The game is pretty good, the way that she stalks you is pretty creepy, and I just loved the mechanic of the game, for some reason I just loved, I'm glad that I played this, I was going to ignore it but for some reason I wanted not only to play the game but to also record it, good luck with the game!

(1 edit) (+1)

Thank you so much for the playthrough! I'm glad you got all 3 endings☺️

Thank you big appreciate fren 🙏🙏🙏
